Tickets Explanation

For Authors who plan to publish any paper at IEEE UV2024
- The total fee will include both Conference Registration Fee 【2A-2F】and Paper Publication Fee【1】which will be $150 for each paper.
- Please indicate how many papers you plan to publish at IEEE UV2024 in the Paper Publication Fee 【1】section.
For Presenters who plan to only deliver a presentation at IEEE UV2024 (e.g., attending the poster session, competitions, and forums)
- Presenters must pay Conference Registration Fee 【2A-2F】
For Attendees who will not publish any paper or deliver a presentation at IEEE
- Whole Session Pass【3A-3C】or One Day Pass 【3D-3E】Tickets can be chosen depending on preferences.
Authors and presenters are NOT ELIGIBLEto purchase Whole Session Pass or One Day Pass

Early bird rates end on September 1, 2024.

Payment:

We only accept debit/credit card payments through PayPal for registration Tickets.

Registration Confirmation Report (Mandatory):

After you finalize the registration payment, please send a Registration Confirmation Email to uv2024.conf@universal-village.org by following the detailed instruction below.

- Please create a PDF version of the confirmation email for your transaction that you received after purchasing the registration tickets
Prepare Registration Information Table File (Excel)

- Please download the above Excel table by clicking the following download link,

- Please fill in the Excel table with your Registration Information, including Personal Information andPayment Information. Examples are provided in the Downloaded Excel Table.

- If you have trouble filling out the provided table, you are welcome to include the relevant information in your email body text.

Send both Confirmation Email file (PDF) and Registration Information Table File (Excel) back to conf@universal-village.org to complete your registration process.
